UV varnishing is a technical process that allows the application, on an already printed sheet, of a varnish with a glossy finish. Its peculiarity is the immediate drying through exposure to UV lamps.

The application of the paint can be done both in full and in reserve, thanks to our plates and our plotter that allow us to reserve the selected areas of the sheet with maximum precision, by completely eliminating any margin of error. We also use the Thesis paint spreader, a technology that helps us to guarantee greater brilliance to the printed matter. Another plus of our work is the attention to the environment and for this reason we use more benzophenone-free and low-migration paints, especially suitable for food and pharmaceutical packaging.
